Shipping Info: All orders are shipped from Germany by Deutsche Post.

European orders are shipped by Deutsche Post standard airmail, and exact shipping times vary depending on the country. Orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks, but may take a little longer now following Brexit.

Orders to the United States, Canada, Australia and Asia are shipped by Deutsche Post standard airmail. Due to the impact of the coronavirus, many orders outside of Europe are taking up to 8 weeks for delivery.
Return Policy: Returns accepted ONLY if notified of the intent to return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer unless the product is faulty or damaged.
